Job Description: API Developer

We have an exciting job opportunity for an API Developer with one of our clients based in Gain America Inc. If you are a skilled developer with experience in Spring Reactive Webflux and Java, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Developing web applications and sites that engage and retain visitors
  • Providing guidance on industry best practices, guidelines, and governance for web applications
  • Managing cross-browser compatibility and page optimization
  • Implementing application and sites with social media and mobile functionality
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies
  • Supervising and directing staff as assigned

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in front-end development

Technical Requirements:

  • Mastery of modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design, SEO concepts, and REST APIs
  • Expertise in object-oriented coding and scripting languages like Java, .NET/C#, etc.
  • Ability to create in-house JavaScript libraries and execute unit tests
  • Skills in relational database modeling and creating advanced SQL queries/procedures
