Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategy for release planning tools.
Conduct detailed business analysis and scope technical requirements for new capabilities.
Lead demos, trainings, tutorials, and onboarding sessions.
Act as a trusted advisor and product expert to end-users.
Create engagement materials, own stakeholder communication, and drive adoption strategies.
Conduct change impact assessments and develop best practice roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with teams to produce reusable documentation and artifacts.
Support product owner with key decision making and ensure delivery alignment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Strong experience in Release Planning and Change Management.
Skilled in software delivery, user research, and client success.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and self-driven.
Agile/XP/Scrum methodology experience.
Familiarity with systems integration and software development lifecycle.
Experience in business process modeling and tech transformation projects.
Bonus: Music or entertainment industry exposure.
