Job Description: Programmer Analyst

Summary:
Join our team at Gain America Inc as a Programmer Analyst where you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining GCP applications such as Document AI (DOC AI) and Google Chatbot for the Division of Vital Records and Health Statistics within MDHHS. This position involves enhancing system stability, functionality, and data integrity while providing technical guidance to the development team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain DOC AI and Google Chatbot solutions for MDHHS.
- Streamline critical business processes and ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Serve as a technical lead, offering guidance to other developers.
- Participate in analytical assignments for project enhancement and integration.
- Provide technical oversight for other critical applications within the department.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in cloud services for data storage and analysis.
- Experience in Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or C++.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, R, and Pandas for data processing.
- Expertise in unit and integration testing for chatbot flows and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance monitoring.
- Experience in AI and machine learning development.
- Knowledge of NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Faces Transformers.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies like Tesseract and Google Vision API.
