Job Description: Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions while collaborating with a team of skilled engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LORA/QLORA techniques such as GPT and BERT.
  • Implement and maintain scalable ML pipelines and model serving architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support ML applications.
  • Work with AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through strong system design principles.
  • Leverage cloud platforms, preferably Azure, to deploy and manage ML models and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for developing machine learning models and applications.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to fine-tuning and deploying LLMs using LORA/QLORA techniques.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, for deploying AI/ML applications.
