The Senior Developer position is a critical role within the credit execution team, focusing on transitioning an on-premise decision engine to a modernized, cloud-native implementation. The candidate will work collaboratively with technology, credit risk, and product teams to execute the modernization roadmap. Responsibilities include ramping up on current decision engine architecture, analyzing for optimization opportunities, driving technical discussions for modernization, and more.
Key qualifications include a minimum of seven years in financial services, strong programming experience in JavaScript, Python, AWS Cloud knowledge, experience with containerization, Java, JSON, Agile methodologies, and expertise in modernizing enterprise systems to cloud-native architectures.

The Mainframe Migration Engineering Expert must have extensive subject matter expertise with IBM z/OS mainframe, particularly in migration from 2.1 to 3.1. Experience with z/OS, ZVM, LPAR configuration, MQ Series, DB2 COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and mainframe ISV software is required. Other essential skills include communication, organizational abilities, mentoring skills, time-management, and the ability to communicate technical subject matter expertise effectively.
