Position: Solution Lead

Duration: 12 Month ongoing contract (Long Term)

9:15 am EST stand up)

Must-haves

• ??7+ years of software engineering or development experience
• ??Experience as lead or a senior who has stepped up with leadership responsibilities
• ??Front end experience with JavaScript languages (AngularJS, View, Angular, React)
• ??Personality, leadership skills and communication are most important for this role

Plusses

• ??Solr or Elasticsearch (interchangeable) (HUGE PLUS)
• ??Full stack experience with Java (8, above and latest, usually SpringBoot 2.6+)

Day-to-Day

We are looking for a fully remote Solutions Lead whose role expectations is that they are operating some percentage hands-on development (50% or less, no more than 50%), while supporting the team by mentoring, designing, code feedback and future looking at the project level. This role will work directly with their Scrum Master, Product Owner and Analyst, as well as other ancillary partners like Architecture & Infrastructure. This individual will be leading a team on individual contributors.
