We at HiringMirror, (“HiringMirror, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) know that our users (“you,” “your,” or “yourself”) care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. By visiting or using the www.hiringmirror.com website and domain name, any other linked pages, features, content, mobile applications, and any other services we offer from time to time in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Website”), you agree to the practices and policies set forth in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby acknowledge and consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
You can choose not to provide us with any or all of the information we specify or request, but
then we may not be able to fill your order efficiently; we may not be able to contact you regarding issues that may arise, from time to time, with respect to your orders; and/or you may not be able to take advantage of some or all of the features of the services we provide.
Terms and conditions for video based assessments
I acknowledge that the video and audio and screen may be recorded during the assessments and provide my consent to such recording for me or my candidates as the case may be.
I hereby grant, transfer all rights, title and interest in content resulting from the video assessment, including the video, in accordance with data privacy regulations and each company's data privacy policies. I hereby waive my right to make any claim or demand or bringing any causes of action and discharge from all claims, causes of action, or demands rising out of or in connection with the use of assessment.
I attest that I have voluntarily agreed to this document contains the entire and complete agreement concerning the use and preservation of any video assessments.
Important: If you do not agree, please exit the assessment and contact your assessment representative.
Ownership
The software services and all data including all video recordings etc are owned and copyrighted by HiringMirror.com. The recipient confers no title or ownership in the software services and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the software services.
Copyright
The software services are protected by international treaty provisions. Recipient acknowledges that no title to the intellectual property in the software services is transferred to the recipient. Recipient further acknowledges that title and full ownership rights to the software services will remain the exclusive property of author and recipient will not acquire any rights to the software services except as expressly set forth in this terms of service. Recipient agrees that any copies of the software services will contain the same proprietary notices that appear on and in the software services. The recipient may not remove or alter any copyright notices contained within the software services.
Limitation of Liability
No liability for consequential damages. In no event shall author or its suppliers be liable to recipient for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of the software services, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the author’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort or any other theory of liability, exceed the fee paid by recipient, if any.
Severability In the event of invalidity of any provision of this terms of service, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this terms of service.
Termination
This service will terminate automatically, without notice from the author, if the recipient fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. Upon termination, the recipient shall immediately discontinue use of the software services and destroy all copies of the software services. All payments made by recipient are non-refundable. Notwithstanding termination, the following provisions shall survive: Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability. All other rights granted under this service will cease upon termination.
I. WHAT IS COVERED BY OUR PRIVACY POLICY?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Website. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage, even if you have accessed the websites or services of those companies through our Website.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to order our services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. II. WHAT INFORMATION DOES HIRING MIRROR COLLECT?
We gather various types of Personal Information from our users for the primary purposes of: (1) filling your orders of our Hirring Mirror product(s) in a timely and efficient manner; (2) informing you of changes in our ordering and delivery options/procedures; and (3) alerting you to special offers, discounts, and promotional opportunities that may arise from time to time. We may also use this Personal Information to analyze how users utilize our Website, or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We may share certain types of Personal Information with third parties such as companies whom we pay for shipping/delivery services, and also for data management services so as to fulfill your orders in the most timely and efficient manner.

If you access our services through Facebook Connect , you understand that some content and/or information in your Facebook account (“Third Party Account Information”) may be transmitted to us if you authorize such transmissions, and that Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy.
We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you cannot be individually identified and we may provide that anonymized information to our partners, potential investors, or potential purchasers of all or part of our company. We do NOT currently post any ads on our site that would enable advertising partners to transmit cookies to your computer or device.
- We do NOT currently collect usage information (such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to the Website. However, should we decide to collect such information in the future, we would only use such data in aggregate form, in a manner that assures your anonymity. For example, we might provide such aggregate usage information, if and when collected, to our partners, investors, and potential buyers of our company, so that they can understand how often and in what ways people use our Website.
- We do NOT currently contract with any advertisers or advertising networks.
C. E-mail and Other Communications:
We may contact you, by email or other means. For example, we may send you Hirring Mirror promotional offers, from time to time, or communicate with you about your use of the Website and our delivery services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please advise us at service@hiringmirror.com.
III. DOES HIRING MIRROR COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
Hirring Mirror does not receive, handle or maintain credit card information on its customers. That information is supplied by you and is stored by third-party businesses such as PayPal, Amazon and Stripe.
IV. WILL HIRING MIRROR SHARE ANY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?
We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. We share your Personal Information in personally identifiable form with third parties only as described below:
A. Affiliated Businesses and Third-Party Websites We Do Not Control:
In certain situations we may have entered into agreements with other businesses or third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, and other e-commerece companies offering discount coupons or vouchers for our products). If you originate an order for Hirring Mirror through such businesses or third-party websites, they control your credit card information, which they do not share with Hirring Mirror.
We have no control over the policies and practices of third-party websites or businesses as to privacy or anything else, so if you choose to take part in any transaction or service relating to such a website or business, please review all policies of such businesses or websites.
B. Agents:
We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. For example, we must share your ordering information with the company that ships Hirring Mirror to you (currently, Fedex). Unless we inform you otherwise, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what we deem necessary to assist us in performing such tasks.

We do not create or share profiles on our users.
