Gain America is seeking an experienced AI Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution across multiple AI-enabled solutions, coordinate global stakeholders, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has successfully delivered AI, automation, or digital transformation programs from strategy through deployment and adoption.

Role Overview

As an AI Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a portfolio of AI-powered solutions, including:

• Smart Intake & Agentic Orchestration

• Contract Intelligence & Review Automation

• Workflow Automation & Process Transformation

• AI-Driven Procurement & Sourcing Solutions

• Semantic AI and AI-Ready Data Initiatives

• Enterprise AI Adoption & Change Management

You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data specialists, procurement organizations, and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end AI implementation programs from planning through deployment and adoption.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Establish governance structures and reporting frameworks.

• Track risks, dependencies, and project health across multiple workstreams.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, data, and operations functions.

• Facilitate communication between executive sponsors, implementation teams, and vendors.

• Drive alignment among global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

AI Solution Delivery

• Oversee deployment of AI-enabled solutions and automation initiatives.

• Ensure integration with existing business processes and technology ecosystems.

• Support testing, user acceptance, rollout planning, and adoption activities.

• Monitor implementation performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with AI technology providers and implementation partners.

• Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Resolve delivery challenges and remove blockers quickly.

Change Management & Adoption

• Support organizational readiness and user adoption efforts.

• Develop communication and training plans.

• Measure adoption, business impact, and ROI of deployed AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience delivering at least one AI, automation, or digital transformation program end-to-end.

• Strong project and program management expertise.

• Experience managing enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success coordinating global teams and third-party vendors.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Intelligent Intake solutions.

• Knowledge of Contract Intelligence platforms.

• Familiarity with Workflow Automation technologies.

• Understanding of Agentic AI architectures.

• Experience with Procurement and Sourcing transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to Semantic AI and AI-ready data concepts.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
