Focuses on the technical implementation and integration side of enterprise AI rollouts — configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting a vendor's AI platform within a customer's infrastructure. More platform-configuration focused than the build-from-scratch FDE role.
Key Skills:
- Systems integration (APIs, webhooks, SSO/auth, data connectors)
- Scripting (Python, Bash)
- Enterprise infrastructure knowledge (on-prem, VPC, hybrid cloud)
- Troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Documentation and client training ability
Experience Required:
- 2–5 years in solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation roles
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment cycles
