Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for Java based development and Integration development
• Create code that meets design specifications, follows standards, is of high quality and is easy to maintain.
• Works with Business Analysts and Project Managers to review requirements and project deliverables and collaborate periodically with tasks updates.
• Works independently as Client facing consultant with Clients to understand issue, troubleshoot and help resolve technical problems.
• Ability to carry out all policies and procedures as established by the team, department or company at large.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Basic understanding of Object oriented concepts
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.
• Strong knowledge & experience in consuming Web Services (SOAP and REST).   
• Working experience in Software Development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Java Certification or course work.
 

Education & Personal Skills:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
