The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.
We're looking for a seasoned HR technology project delivery professional that will primarily focus on the delivery of projects related to Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature. This individual will lead projects and programs involving Talent Acquisition, Talent Technical & support leads, ITS, vendor resources, including the management of delivery, scheduling, budgeting, issue management and documentation.
Work you'll do
As the Talent Acquisition Technology Project Delivery Manager, you will:
Lead and deliver Talent Acquisition Technologies programs and projects of all sizes with minimal direction using both traditional and Agile (Scrum) methods
Effectively work with all levels of the matrixed organization across internal and external business partners
Gain a clear understanding of business needs, collaborate with other team members to author actionable user stories and prioritize with the business and other stakeholders
Collaborate with third party vendor, business partners and Talent team members to ensure project deliverables move forward and stay on track. This includes building project plans, driving open actions/decisions to closure and tracking/escalating risks and issues
Participate in technical / integration design discussions
Communicate to stakeholders by providing status updates, preparing presentations in relation to governance and steering committee meetings.
Manage the user acceptance testing process - including developing test materials, identifying and tracking tester resources and test completion status, and reporting and reviewing testing results
Leverage shared project team site, OneNote notebook to effectively communicate, share materials and documents for all project team members.
Work with team's leadership to establish budget for projects and programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience
Expertise leading HR Technology implementations or enhancements from concept to deployment
Project / Program Management experience, SCRUM and/or PMP Certification required
Experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent project activities
Talent acquisition processes, additional experience with other Talent process areas preferred
Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
Leadership experience in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight and an agile mindset
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office technology (e.g., Project, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,070-$175,080.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
