About the Role
We are looking for Freelance Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners to help companies identify, screen, and connect with qualified candidates across technology, business, engineering, finance, healthcare, sales, and other professional roles.

As a freelance recruiter, you can work on multiple job openings, build your own candidate pipeline, and use HiringMirror's platform and AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate matching.

What You'll Do
Review job descriptions and understand client hiring requirements.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and HiringMirror.
Search and identify candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation, and other requirements.
Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and evaluate their qualifications.
Use AI-assisted tools to identify and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Present qualified candidates to hiring companies.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay informed about hiring trends, compensation ranges, and talent availability in your recruiting specialties.
Ideal Candidate
You may be a great fit if you are:

An independent recruiter, freelance recruiter, sourcer, or talent acquisition professional.
Currently working in recruitment and looking for additional opportunities.
Experienced in agency, staffing, corporate, or executive recruitment.
Strong at candidate sourcing and screening.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple openings.
Good at evaluating technical and non-technical candidates.
Strong in communication and relationship building.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, job boards, CRM systems, and recruiting technology.
Interested in using AI to make recruiting faster and more effective.
