Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Gathering Business Requirement and translating to IT Requirement document.

Track progress and collaborate with Teams for on-time delivery.

MS Word, Power point, Excel skills.

Triages service requests (SRs).

Converts SRs to Change Requests (CRs) when code changes are required.

Assigns CRs.

Facilitates workflow to closure.

Tests applications prior to release.

Submits installation requests (IRs) and facilitates deployments.

Manages security Authorization Packages (APs).

Requests configuration changes and security patching to meet CLIENT compliance standards.

Facilitates disaster recovery exercises per policy.

Manages documentation updates: support documents, configuration management database, architecture overview document.

Coordinates changes and updates with third party applications.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years' experience with SAP ABAP.

Database (Oracle and SQL Server).

Web Server (Tomcat, IIS).

Server Platform (Linux, Windows).

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred.

Basis IT/ Technical knowledge.

Application and system knowledge and past working experience is required.
