The Systems Architect (Expert) will design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise business operations. This role requires extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, platform customization, automation, security, and data management.

 

Job Description

 

Required Experience

• 84 months of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration
• 60 months of experience designing and deploying Salesforce custom objects and metadata
• 60 months of experience with Process Builder and Flow
• 60 months of experience managing Salesforce security, roles, permission sets, and sharing settings
• 60 months of experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
• 60 months of experience integrating AppExchange and third-party Salesforce solutions
• 60 months of experience with Salesforce data management best practices
• 60 months of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components
• 60 months of experience with SOQL and SOSL
