The Vendor Management Contract Analyst is responsible for supporting the Procure to Pay and contingent labor process for IT. This includes but is not limited to encumbrance management, system administration, COI compliance, contract management, vendor performance monitoring; ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and contractual commitments; serving as a liaison between vendors, IT technical staff, and other internal University departments; developing and maintaining effective team and partner relationships.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Required Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience procurement and/or financial management experience.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience procurement and/or financial management experience. 1+ years of experience in higher education or within an IT environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to perform multiple assignments within a fast-paced customer service-driven environment. Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of standard office software, including financial and/or spreadsheet and database software.
